so i bought GW Proph through the Webstore and my question is

Should i bring my already created Dervish or should i just create a new one?
(i tried it with my derv and right away i get to face lvl 11 mobs in Proph)

if i bring derv i will get new skills for that char right? and extra storage space?

i would make a new guy. when you bring a character from another continent you get dropped off in lions arch which causes you to skip a huge chunk of the game.

also, you wont get any new dervish skills.

p.s: you cant get extra storage space in prophecies.

There are no dervish skills in Prophecies. There are only skills for the core professions: Warrior, Monk, Necro, Ele, Mesmer, & Ranger. If your secondary is one of these professions, you can get the skills for these professions. Storage is shared, it's the same storage in Kamadan as it is in Lion's Arch. No extra storage space.

I would recommend making a new character for Prophecies, if for no other reason then at least to play pre-searing. Such a nice place

On the other hand, your Dervish does have the significant advantage of having heroes, something that you can't get in Prophecies save for Olias who comes later in the game.

The Dervish profession did not exist in Prophecies so there are no skills for you there. You would have to play through Nightfall to get the ones you want. If you're not already aware, you can unlock non-elite skills with easily earned Balthazar faction and train them at any trainer in their corresponding campaign, and there are some good Dervish elites relatively early in the Nightfall campaign (I think all god avatars are in Kourna).

Thanx for the information guys, guess i will create a new person then.

no i just needed to get some Proph only interpution skills thats why i thought of brining my derv so she can have the skills..

but i guess i will go with an archer to Proph
